Boaters can also enjoy access to the river frontage boat docks on a "first come first serve" basis during your stay. There is also boat trailer parking on a "first come first serve basis all included with the rental of this condo.

Bookings made for a check-in date within 15 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 10-15 days to review.
