Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at these villas for the second time. I chose to book this privately owned villa for my family vacation because of the wonderful experience I had during my honeymoon three years ago. Mary, the owner, was very responsive to my inquiries and exceptionally accommodating. The amenities were excellent, and my kids were particularly drawn to the hot tub as shown in the photos. This led me to change my booking at the last minute from another resort that featured a pool on the patio. However, after completing my non-refundable payment, I received a confirmation detailing my stay, which unfortunately indicated that the hot tub was not operational. This news was disappointing, but I appreciated Mary’s prompt response and her generous partial refund. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep in until 11:00 AM, which is quite rare for me as I typically wake up by 8:30 AM in my own home. I would certainly consider booking with Mary again in the future. Thank you, Mary, for providing my family with the opportunity to stay at your villa.
