Live the Naples lifestyle at Four Winds! This two bedroom, two bath condo is located right on Naples Bay just minutes from 5th Ave and downtown. The screened balcony offers views of the canal and bay and the unit comes with access to your own private dock should you choose to bring or rent a boat. Each bedroom and the living room has a flat screen TV and the kitchen is fully equipped. The unit is on the first floor of the building, but there are a few stairs to get up to the hallway from the parking area. You ll have one assigned parking space plus access to several guest spaces directly in front of the building. Outside, the community has tennis courts and a beautiful pool area facing west directly over Naples Bay - the most perfect place to watch nightly sunsets. Welcome to Paradise!
NOTE - 55+ COMMUNITY: This unit is located in an age restricted 55+ condo community. At least one lessee must be 55 years of age or older to rent the unit. The Four Winds condominium board requires a lease application be completed and approved prior to occupancy.
