This beautiful gulf front townhome, located in Frangista Beach, truly lives up to it's namesake! Guests can enjoy 3 gulf front balconies, a private in-ground splash pool, and beach chair setups directly behind the home from March to October! You're free to enjoy the sugar white sands of the emerald coast and be away from the crowd. This community off Scenic Hwy 98 is in the middle of tropical excitement with beach shops and shoreline restaurants are within walking distance.
The first floor of the home features two of the five bedrooms. The bunk room sleeps 12 in 3 sets of custom-built double/double bunk beds . This room is perfect for teens and young adults with a flat screen TV, and two dressers for ample clothing storage. Heading towards the King Suite you will find a mini wet bar complete with a drink fridge and sink. The gulf facing King Suite offers tranquil décor, spacious floor plan, flat screen TV and direct access to the in ground splash pool. The sliding glass doors give way to the pool deck area , grilling station and stunning gulf views. The pool can also be accessed from the side of the home. *The bathroom located in the king suite is the only bathroom for this level and is shared with the bunk room.*
Heading up to the second floor, guests are welcomed by a south facing living area and kitchen bathed in natural lighting. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the living area give way to the most stunning views available, step right out to an alfresco dining area for 4! The living area features a large sectional sofa and wingback chairs centered around a large flat screen TV. This room is the perfect space to host a relaxing evening after a fun day at the beach! The updated kitchen has cherry cabinets with ample storage, beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area has seating for 8 with 2 additional seats located at the eat in kitchen bar. Just down the hall you'll find a tropically themed Queen Bedroom, with a flat screen TV and Juliet balcony over looking Frangista Beach! There is a full shared hall bathroom completing this level.
Located on the third and topmost level are two beautiful guest suites. The Queen Suite features its own private attached bathroom and overlooks the Frangista Beach Community. The stunning Master King Suite features a large private bath, flat-screen TV and walk-in closet. Enjoy sunrises or sunsets from the private, furnished balcony. The stand alone jetted tub and walk in shower gives you a tranquil spa like feeling! The main laundry area is located in the hallway on this level.
The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Peace of Paradise also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access. This home is also within walking distance to shopping and dining.
Having the beach at your doorstep, you can truly enjoy your vacation in this ‘Peace of Paradise’.

Pool Heat— From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay)of acommercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars.These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
* No College/Student groups allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.
* HOA Regulations: No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community, no RV, trailer or camper parking allowed in the community.
* BEACH ACCESS: Aside from direct back property access, guests use Miami Street access and have Access to the Community Pool.
* Weddings/Events - Not Permitted on Private Beach Access
* PETS PERMITTED: $250 Per Pet; Max of 2 Dogs 25 Pounds or Less
