St. Thomas Square has its own private dock with fish cleaning station on Grand Lagoon (an approximately 15-minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico), available on a first come, first serve basis, and a designated place to park your watercraft trailer. It also has its own swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle-board court, grilling area, and outdoor fire pit.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the 2nd floor has been recently updated. This spacious condominium offers guests almost 1,300 square feet of living space and overlooks the Grand Lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept living area has ample, comfortable seating and doors leading to the unit's large private balcony. The master bedroom offers a King-sized bed plus trundle bed, flat screen television, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, flat screen television, and its own ensuite bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out to a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 7.
