Summary: We stayed at Chris' place for our daughter's December USF graduation weekend. The house was perfect for our family and friends crew. The house is lovely and the pool area is so fun! Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe residential area and there was plenty of parking. Chris is a master communicator and addressed every question and need we had. The beds were all very comfortable and the place was spotless! We chose the area because it was central to St. Pete, USF, and the airport. Highly recommend this property and this host!
