Frida's blue house offers an open-concept living room with bright rooms, an incredible backyard with the best sunsets, fruit and tropical trees where you can enjoy a good read under their shade, fish in the canal, and plenty of space to share a great barbecue. Centrally located near beaches, and parks.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, a game room, a washer, dryer, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large garden overlooking the lake.
The house has a guest apartment, (Diego's house) that is rented separately, with an independent entrance and backyard, ideal for those families who want to share their vacations with other friends. Ask for availability.
Pets are welcome, paying a pet fee.
The house is completely remodeled, the rooms are spacious, there is no carpet anywhere in the house, and it has a lot of natural light.
Family and safe neighborhood. Close to shopping centers. Restaurants, cinemas, and supermarkets are just 3 blocks away.
Guest parking is for one car in the driveway and the home has an additional parking spot in front of the home parallel to the street.
These are the directions to get there:
Please park in the driveway, as close as possible to the right-hand side of the front door of the house (see the photo in the listing). Parking spot only allows 1 car (no trucks, RVs, or trailers). If you need to park a second car, you will need to do so on the grassy section in front of the house.

Do not block the initial section of the stone driveway in front of the white gate, because that is the entrance/exit to the parking space of the apartment- Guest House.
NOTE: The guest house Diego, which is attached, is completely separate and will not share anything with you.
IMPORTANT: Please when entering the loft put the code in the lock, then press the "red moon" to open the door and wait to press the latch and open. When you leave, just press the red moon to leave the door closed, if when you leave you don't do it, the door remains open, therefore, when you go back in, don't put the code because in this way the door will close.
We want our guests to feel comfortable at home. If you have a specific need, let us know and we will try to satisfy it.

- If you bring your pet, they are NOT allowed on the beds or sofas. We know pets are furry kids, and we have some too, but fur left on soft surfaces will incur an additional charge.
- Use the doggie bags provided to pick up any feces outside in the backyard and dispose of them in the trash bins.
- If damage occurs, notify us immediately.
- Close doors and windows properly every time you leave the house.
- Don't forget to take out the trash on the day.
