Rising from the ashes of the devastating Holiday Farm Fire of 2020 that destroyed this and 400 other homes in the area, this riverside retreat now returns after a two-and-a-half-year rebuilding process to once again welcome guests to the scenic splendor of the McKenzie River. This inspiring riverfront showcases stylish, modern architecture with fantastic outdoor amenities that will make you feel like you’re floating on water! Guests enjoy easy water access for fishing, rafting, or kayaking and the property is midway between McKenzie Bridge and the Springfield/Eugene area, just 37 miles away.
Inside, a dramatic front wall of windows provides floor-to-ceiling views overlooking the McKenzie River. Comfortable lounge furniture makes the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen an inviting spot to enjoy the company of friends and family. Tie fly-fishing flies from the comfort of the sofa or find yourself watching a movie on cable. A gas-powered fireplace keeps the space intimate and down to earth. Complimentary in-home WiFi makes it easy to stay in touch on social media, browse the web, or catch up on some remote work. Celebrate meals as a group while the phenomenal views feed your senses around the charming wood dining table. Plan a day trip on the trails and playground at Spencer and Skinner Butte Park. Alton Baker Park is a popular spot for canoeing and provides a boat launch and dog park in the Springfield / Eugene area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
