Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was great, 10 mins from old town. Had all necessary facilities.
Negative: Our room was not ready upon arrival, we arrived with no keys in the check in box. We called and were told the room was not prepared by mistake. We were put up in a different room in a seperate part of the building, which was not clean. Also, there were very loud construction works in this room. However, we requested to be kept in this room to save us from having to move all of our things across the buildings (lifts were broken), but we were told no. We were assured our room would be ready first thing in the morning, but we had to wait after waking up for it to be cleaned. We requested a refund for this first night of the stay as we were not in the room we reserved and due to the incovenience, but were denied. Kitchen should also have basics like salt and oil etc. Different items in the accomodation still had stickers as from the shop, this was quite unprofessional.
