Modern and very brightfull apartment completely renovated. This 'oasis' is a very unique space. A lightfull big livingroom with an open kitchen connected to a generous terrace. With 3 double rooms, one of them with direct access to the terrace.

Very nice and sunny terrace, perfect for relaxed afternoons and sunsets.
Clear views to a huge park.
In a calm park area but in the very hisctoric center of Malaga, (5min walking to Plaza de la Merced, 10min to Plaza de la Constitución, 15min to Malagueta beach)
Out in the terrace, you can enjoy the open views to a very big garden with old pines and high palm trees. The three rooms are very large and cozy. The wide comfortable bathroom has an african style decoration, and the rest of the house, natural materials like wood and concrete. The neighborhood is calm but also located by the heart of Malaga. You can reach main monuments and historical area in a short walk.

Summary: Alex was an incredible host. Very responsive and helpful. He provided all kinds of information for our stay and made sure we were comfortable. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Walkable distance to the Old town. The terrace has a perfect view of the park. I personally really enjoyed watching the parrots building their nests. I recommend this place 100%.
