Protected in a gated, resort-style community, you'll be mere steps to the biggest pool on the property and conveniently located right across the street from the well known white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.
You will find a fantastic warm and welcoming open floor plan downstairs. Relax and unwind on two reclining and comfortable couches, gather around the dining table or sit at the breakfast bar and make memories with your people. The kitchen is stocked with Stainless Steel appliances, cookware, dishware, including children's dishware and all utensils. You will have plenty of counter space to prepare and serve your favorite foods you enjoy at home. You will find it extremely convenient having a half bathroom located downstairs. Use the child gate provided to assist in protecting your little ones from going up the stairs when you'd prefer they stay downstairs or vice versa.
Upstairs, six can sleep well in two spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite is to die for with a private balcony overlooking the Grand Island pool, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and space to stretch out. In the second bedroom you will find two full-size beds, en-suite bathroom, a flat screen TV, and room to unload your suitcases.
