GC099 - Pet Friendly and has Air Conditioning!! This Vintage Condo has been updated throughout. The owners have kept the family charm to keep the memories alive of decades spent on the Ranch. It has spectacular views of Black Butte and the Big Meadow Golf Course.
This 3 bedroom condo is open and bright with lots of window and is an easy walk to Roberts Pub. From there, you will find marked path's perfect for the family to take a quick bike ride to the Lodge and the Lodge Pool!
The main floor consists of a bright open living room, large dining area, and an updated kitchen. The downstairs living area is full of windows and has a large patio off the dining room. The patio deck comes complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ. From this spacious deck, you will find an amazing mountain and golf course views.
There are two downstairs bedrooms with two sets of twin beds in each room. These rooms are perfect for the little ones in your group to make your own family memories. The bedrooms are separated by a newly remodeled full bathroom.
In the upstairs loft, you will find the Primary bedroom with a King bed and a newly remodeled full bathroom. The loft has plenty of room to stretch out and relax.
There is plenty of parking at the Golf Course Condo parking area.
