This gorgeous home is located at Villa Sol, a lovely gated community with a Clubhouse, fitness centre, communal pool and spa, tennis & basketball courts, children’s playground, picnic area, wooded trails and boat ramp. The home itself offers free wifi, has 2 living areas, a games room 6 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with the remaining 5 being on the 2nd floor. There is a formal dining area and a breakfast nook with table and breakfast bar.
The community is located at the end of Osceola Parkway, an easy one-road drive to Disneyworld (approximately 30 minutes away, depending on traffic) and just 10 to 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
