Whispering Palms is a privately owned, 951 Square foot, single story, 2 Bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo located on the ground floor. Built in 1983, this home away from home lends itself to a relaxing, fun vacation just a short drive from the Grand Strand's amazing beaches. Beautiful vacation condo in Little River area.
Fully equipped. 3 Miles to Cherry Grove Beach. Pool just steps away from the back patio door. Indoor pool also available for those who want to take cover or for the days that the weather is not cooperating. This first floor, one level condo has a queen in the master bedroom and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bottom bunk and a twin bed above it. The second full bath is located in the hall for sharing purposes. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with TV's. Fully enclosed Carolina room walks right out to the pool area and the windows can be opened for fresh air.
NOTICE! We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. Please see our other Rental Rules and Regulations. This home does not allow pets. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $225.00 is charged per reservation. Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the condo if you need them refreshed during your stay. Parking is no charge and on a space available basis. We do not stock the condo however we provide a few items to get you started before you go to one of the many stores located a short drive from the condo.
THE CONDO IS SMOKE FREE to include cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, marijuana or similar items or devices. Violation of this policy will result in immediate ejectment without refund.
