Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Spa and thermal pool was very good. Scrub, soap and massage was outstanding. The ‘hamam’ staff was experienced and well trained. I was very happy with the ‘kese, köpük, masaj’. Breakfast was very good. Dinner at the hotel was ok, but not as good as the breakfast.

Negative: The arrival was a shock. It was not mentioned that there were no a/c in the room that we reserved. The rezerved apartment style room was spatious but very hot. During July it was not an option to stay. Only the main hotel building had climatized rooms. Thank to the reception manager Ms. Ebru, she solved the problem fast and she moved us to the main building. Problem solved. Rest of our stay was good.
