Positive: I enjoyed how central this location was to nearby stores and resteraunts. It was also within a good distance from Newport without being too cramped from the daily tourist traffic.
Negative: The breakfast offered little variety and was the same each day, I think this could be improved on especially since guests are likely staying 1+ night on the weekend. There was also an out of service elevator and pool. The room was an additional $100 from quoted online prior to incurring any additional charges during the stay.
Summary: Good location, cleanliness and staff. Pricepoint, facilities and included items could be improved.
