Newly renovated beach cottage located in the desirable Easton's Point section of Middletown and only steps away from putting your toes in the sand. Restaurants and beaches are within walking distance!
The back cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and newly renovated throughout! All new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new tiled floors, redone wood floors, all new bathroom, freshly painted throughout, and new furniture. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Easton's beach from this units screened in porch.

Summary: The cottage was adorable! Itโ€™s very conveniently located and perfect for a small group looking for a place to crash in this area. Hosts were great communicators. Only note is the driveway is tight and shared with the main house, so if you have a big car, I would touch base with property owners in advance. But we didnโ€™t have any issues!
