ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Happinest. This stunning new coastal home is in the quaint Treetop Community of Seacrest Beach. Happinest is an elegantly designed home that features a luxurious soaking tub, a gas fireplace, and a large kitchen island. With five bedrooms, four and half baths, an open concept living and dining area, and more room outside, there's plenty of room for multi-family gatherings. After a fun day in the sun, enjoy your evening cocktail on the covered screened in porch or dine alfresco while you watch your favorite team.
ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the most charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Treetop Community, you will have access to the Seacrest Beach Private Access, and Treetop has its own community pool!

• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
