With a split floor plan, you can enjoy privacy with the primary bedroom and den being located on one side of the house and the guest bedrooms on the other, with the living, dining and kitchen space in between.

The den features a Twin trundle bed and a small desk that is ideal for working remotely or when a quiet space is needed to participate in a Zoom meeting or video chat.
A powder room is adjacent to the den and kitchen, and the laundry is located in the spacious 2-car garage.
Shelluva Time is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that you have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.
Your doggie is welcome at this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required.
