This privately owned Luxury RV Lot is set up with a TURN-KEY fully stocked RV that sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an outdoor kitchen! Perfect for families and large groups! The master bedroom has a Queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has Bunk Beds and 2 Loft Beds AND a full size bathroom! This is perfect for Kids and families traveling together!
There is a comfy sofa with recliners in the living room, along with a fireplace and large entertainment center. There is a dining table and the kitchen is very spacious with ample counter space and is fully stocked with everything you need! The outdoor kitchen has a sink, beverage cooler, there is a refrigerator in the shed and there is a gas grill!
There are plenty of outdoor furnishings and a park like setting with beautiful landscaping. There is a a firepit area and plenty of seating and entertaining area both inside and out! The Lot offers the perfect combination of shade and sun and privacy and comes with a Golf Cart so that you can enjoy everything that River Ranch has to offer!
Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting and more!
Additional Services:
Pet Fee $50 one time.
Damage Insurance will be added for RV and Golf Cart Coverage. The cost is $55 and offers $3000 worth of coverage.
