This spacious studio is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared patio, yard and laundry.
*This 2 unit property, previously a single family home, consists of a main unit and a secondary suite. Some noise does travel from one unit to the other, as does the fragrance of aromatic cooking.

There is one off street parking space for you, plus plenty of free street parking.

A portion of the backyard is fenced, there's a fire pit, benches, and an outdoor dining table inside the fenced area! It's a great area to hang with your dogs.

The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard! We charge $75 if there's poop left behind.
