Recently updated two bedroom, 2 bath second story condo in Highland Woods Golf and Country Club. New paint, carpet and kitchen and bath upgrades including new marble throughout.
Fully equipped home with convenient split bedroom plan features a generous master with a comfy queen bed, balcony access and two walk-in closets. The master bath includes plenty of counter and cabinet space, dual sinks, a linen closet and an oversized tiled shower with low threshold. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and includes an east facing window and double bi-fold closet. The hall bath features a full tub/shower and laundry room with newer W/D hidden behind bi-fold doors.
The sunny breakfast table with its large east window is a great place to start the day. The adjacent kitchen is well laid out in a U-shape with natural light from two directions. The bar over the sink provides a view though to the living area and balcony. Enjoy your guests, the waving palms or just watch a little TV from the kitchen.
The dining table seats four and is just outside the kitchen bar making serving and clean-up easy.
The private, screened balcony features lush fairway and pond views. Western exposure provides brilliant sunset skies and a ceiling fan stirs the air for a gentle breeze.
This unit includes a covered reserved parking spot next to the building. Two bikes are located in an locked outside storage closet near the elevator which also provides storage for bulky items like pool toys and luggage. Cable TV and internet service
Highland Woods is a active lifestyle residential development featuring a mix of single family, town home, and condominium residences built around a golf course with multiple ponds dotting the landscape. This property is located in one of the quietest sections of the neighborhood on the second floor of a 4 story building with open breezeways and stairs and elevator service.
NOTE: Golf membership is not available with rental at this time.
Tucked away, but just off the US 41 this gated community is located close to restaurants, groceries and other services. It offers a shady, friendly, walkable neighborhood featuring 7 heated swimming pools with one just steps away from unit. The pool is so close it feels private. All pools are well appointed with pool furniture and convenient rest rooms. The new fitness center in the clubhouse is accessible with the guest key card located in the unit.
Please note that golf, court sports and clubhouse (dining) membership is not available with this rental. The community requires minimum monthly rentals therefore January-April rental periods generally start on the first of the month. Please ask me if you have questions!
The community entrance is adjacent Bonita Bay Plaza, anchored by a Publix grocery and including several casual dining options. Across the road is the Promenade Plaza. Additional groceries and restaurants are less than a mile away. For more shopping and services visit the Coconut Point Mall or Miramar Outlet Mall 8-9 miles north on US 41.
Enjoy lovely Bonita Beach Park at the base of Little Hickory Island just 3 miles away. Barefoot Beach County Preserve, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and Lover's Key State Park are fewer than 8 miles from Highland Woods.
For other nearby outings (30 min drive) I recommend the boardwalks and wildlife viewing at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, the Naples Zoo and the exceptional Naples Botanical Garden. For a beach side activities with a vibrant flair try the Times Square area of Ft. Myers Beach.
Note: this is a gated community. I will arrange a security gate pass for the duration of your stay. Sorry, but pets are not allowed. No smoking is allowed in the building including the condo, screened lanai and walkways.
