This Spectacular Beachfront home truly is the very best of the West end of Panama City Beach!
Lovingly curated and meticulously decorated during its complete renovation in 2024! New flooring, paint, furniture, and bedding.
Low density, never crowded. Close to Rosemary Beach, Pier Park, and all of the fun that Panama City Beach and 30A offer.
This stunning beach home features both modern amenities and architectural character in a fantastic location. Everywhere you look, you'll find panoramic views of the water, multiple oversized balconies and endless summer days.
This luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bath home boasts an open-style floor plan with a large kitchen and living space, accommodating up to 16 guests (10 Adults maximum, families up to 16) The open floor plan adds to the beauty and space of this property, this allows families to interact while being in either the kitchen, dining, or living room! Beautiful views from the living room of the Gulf of Mexico, just step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the beach as your backyard!
The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a King sized bed and a massive kids rooms equipped with twin over double bunk bed w/ pull out bed & sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 6 children, a fantastic and roomy retreat!
Upstairs you'll find 3 more generous bedrooms. Bedroom one upstairs features two queen beds while bedroom two is beautifully decorated with a king sized bed.
The third bedroom upstairs is a spectacular Master Suite with a king sized bed, sitting area with and queen sized sleeper sofa! The master suite has access to its own private balcony with spectacular views and a luxury private bathroom!
Important: This is a NO GROUCH HOUSE. The High Tides beach house is for fun guests only. If you are hateful, rude, or just plain mean; rent somewhere else. We only want to deal with fun folks looking to enjoy their vacation!
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER
Here are the rules:
NO PETS ALLOWED! If you are caught with pets in this unit you will be asked to leave without refund.
You must be at Least 30 to rent this home, the principal renter must occupy the house for the duration.
No college or party groups.
There are ring cameras at the entrance that are monitored to monitor occupancy and adherence to pet policies.
Absolutely No Smoking or vaping allowed.
There is an additional $1000 refundable damage deposit that is collected prior to check in and released after your stay provided the home is left in good condition and that house rules have been followed.

Summary: We had a great week at High Tide Beach house. Check in & check out were effortless and all questions answered quickly. Property was clean and just as described and pictured. We also appreciated being on a quieter, more residential, part of the beach but still close enough to drive a few minutes to restaurants, etc. Would stay again!
