In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.
As your host, I'll be available from 0600-2200 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need, you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are not staying at a hotel.
My neighborhood is great! The property is located in the Coral Ridge neighborhood with a population of 9,589. Coral Ridge is a community within the City of Fort Lauderdale and is one of the best places to live in Florida. The neighborhood offers guests a diverse urban feel and most residents own their homes. The neighborhood consists of mainly single-family houses and duplexes. The neighborhood is safe and secure and is within walking distance to many things: grocery stores, pharmacies, Starbucks, restaurants, beach, Orange Theory gym, etc.

Welcome to our beautiful Waterfront Aqua Home! Lovely and well maintained 3 bedrooms 2 baths featuring a king bed in master bedroom, queen bed on second bedroom with pool access and a pull out couch (full size) on third bedroom. Mater bathroom have a bathtub combo with shower and guest bath is a regular shower. There is a smart TV in master bedroom and in the living room. Simply log into your favorite streaming channels account to access content.
Designer lighting and stylish touches throughout this home. The open floor plan features high ceilings and plenty of living space, including a covered seating outdoor area and ambient lights. Fully stocked kitchen with newer Stainless Steel appliances, large sink, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, oven, wine chiller, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, utensils, cookware and a gorgeous view of the water.
Living room has a large 65" smart tv, fireplace (decor only) and comfortable leather couches.
You will enjoy unwinding at the end of the day on the patio or on our relaxing pool overlooking the canal. It has plenty of seating to enjoy our amazing weather.
Conveniently located near major roadways, shops, and restaurants. Our Waterfront Aqua home is not to be missed!

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
