Positive: Staff friendly and accomodating. Lovely courtyard. Booked into room right near reception on ground floor - too noisy and a request to move was organised. Location great.
Negative: Unfortunately very noisy. Loud music playing close by every night until 2 - 3 am. Could not sleep. Also room could have done with more light.
