- Sometimes we have another guest arriving on the same day as your check-out, so we may not be able to offer a late check-out. Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at the scheduled time to prepare for the next guests.
- Fort Lauderdale city has very strict policy regarding street parking, please only park in the parking spaces allowed for the house.
-Pets are welcome, but if any damage occurs, guests will be responsible for covering the repair costs and any potential loss of income from missed bookings. Thank you for helping us maintain the property for all guests!
- Please note, there are no lifeguards at the pool. For your children's safety, kindly supervise them at all times. using the pool is under your own risk. A security alarm is installed on the door leading to the pool area—please ensure it’s activated to alert you if a child tries to access the pool.
