Positive: Fabio and Bruna are wonderful hosts — incredibly responsive, responsible, and friendly. Our stay was exceptionally comfortable and hassle-free. We enjoyed a good breakfast with fantastic Italian coffee. The property is perfectly situated in a quiet area close to both the sea and Rome. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
