Freestanding Pulte Abbeyville with a lake view in the gated Plantation Somerset golf community. Open concept with diagonally laid tiles, coffered ceilings and 8’ doors. Upon entering the lead glass door from the screened entry you’ll enter the hallway to colorful guest bedroom and 2nd bath with tub and ceramic shower, then the Den with glass French doors, day bed, desk and large 65” tv. Further into the home you come to the large great room, kitchen, sunroom, dining room(with 2 table leafs) and living room with another 65” large screen.The sunrise is on the eastern rear side of the house, that has outside lanai with semi transparent UV shades and darkening indoor shades across the indoor windows, both remote controlled.

Summary: We were fortunate to enjoy this beautiful home located in the great community of Somerset in Fort Myers. The house is well equipped and has everything you need to make yourself at home and enjoy all the area has to offer. House is spotless and tastefully decorated with new and modern finishes throughout. Lanai is a perfect spot to comfortably enjoy the amazing Florida climate and listen to the surrounding nature preserve. The community was very friendly and welcoming with lots of activities to enjoy. Make sure you get on the community email list to not miss out on anything going on. John was an amazing host and very attentive to our needs. All questions were promptly answered and what was needed to fully enjoy the house and the community was supplied right away. We would definitely try to stay here again!
