Summary: I stayed with family (8 adults 18; 5 kids 3-12) and it was everything we needed. Our own pool and hot tub, plenty of private sleeping areas and bathrooms, easy access to the beach and a quiet neighborhood (we took evening walks every night and it's a great area for that). It was really nice that the house comes equipped with kids plates/silverware (and even had a pack & play if needed). Host communicated within 24 hours every time when needed. Great walkable beach with clear water. Pool guys came to check on saltwater and chemicals and they had pool towels and beach toys (like boogie boards and kids toys) at the house. Great stay!!
