We provide all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and plush bath towels. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
- Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, and en suite
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed

Our Kasa has an enclosed garage that can accommodate two vehicles and an open driveway that can accommodate one (total of three vehicles). The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 19 miles away from our Kasa.

- Kasa welcomes your furry friends! Only 2 dogs are allowed in your Kasa, and a pet fee shall apply depending on your length of stay as follows:

7-28 nights: $23/night
29+ nights: $17.5/night
Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee per cleaning.
- The maximum length of stay you may enjoy at our Kasa is 90 nights.
- If you wish to have the pool heated, a pool heating fee of $35 per night for the full duration of the stay shall be applied. This is a seasonal offering; pool heating will be available from October - March.
