Positive: Good location. Comfortable sofa. Clean. nicely decorated and a nice new building .
Negative: Gave us a wrong code for the safe where they keep the key to enter the apartment. We had to wait more then an hour to get the right one. After a long flight with luggage . No way to reach them on booking or mail. Don't have WhatsApp. Didn't apologise for their mistake and didn't answer my next message at all. The bed was too soft and the bath tub was very high so if you disabilities it's kind of difficult to get in and out. No electric kettle or tablets for the washing machine. Can do much better and pay more attention to important details and customer service. .
