Positive: The hotel is very nice and clean and well put together ecspecially for the value.
Negative: While staying at the property the toliet became clogged so I made staff aware. At that time a man from the matience crew came to unclog the toliet which he did so. During the time of unclogging the toliet my hat, my personal property became missing. I just chalked it up to a loss because I didn’t watch him while in the bathroom. So I let that issue go and continued on with my stay which overall other than the hat was good. I get to day of check out which made it time for me to retrieve my 250 dollar cash deposit I gave upon arrival. Only to find out there’s a note on my deposit saying a smile reader device went off and the deposit was being kept. Note that not at any time not one staff member mentioned anything or any suspicion. Didn’t check the room, a knock on the door, nothing. I told the lady at the desk at the time of check out that nobody any in the room smokes anything of any type and she responded yea I though it was a false detection and I told the manager she can’t do that. This sweet lady called said manager explained circumstances and ultimately the deposit was given back to me. It was disheartening to have a good experience with the overall hotel and its facilities only to be troubled by a few said workers.
