Positive: Everything was perfect: from the physical structure to Fabio's attentiveness in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room we stayed in was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The entire B&B was recently renovated with the help of an architect, while using high-quality materials. There are only a few guestrooms, allowing for a more intimate experience rather than the usual "hotel feeling". The grounds are beautiful and full of little gems for nature lovers, such as wild orchids growing along the main path and numerous bird species, including some that are, unfortunately, threatened in other parts of Italy and Europe. Kids will also enjoy seeing the olive trees, vegetable garden and planted fields. For those who wish to relax, there's also a nice sitting area next to the building. All of these only a few minutes' drive to the nearby towns, with good opinions for restaurants, as well as to San Marino.

Negative: Nothing. Just by way of a suggestion: a couple of sitting benches along the driveway, where one could observe nature or read a book would have been nice.
