THE PROPERTY
As you enter the property from the street that is off the beaten path you will notice the entire property is fenced and gated. As you enter the driveway and type in your key code the gate will open to your Hidden Paradise. Sitting on almost 1 acre of land 1 acre of land acre of land in the middle of the city limits of Tampa it sits on exclusive Twin Lakes.
THE FRONT AND BACK YARD
The front yard has a sidewalk that wraps around the entire property that you can go for a morning walk on. As you do you will notice all the Florida Lush Landscaping that hasn't been manicured and taking care of to a point of Excellence. You will notice over 30 different types of plants, amazing flowers, trees, fruits and vegetables growing that include but not limited to bananas, plantains limes pineapples Aloe.
The backyard is Also separately fenced and separated from the front yard with beautiful outstanding Landscaping. You can't help but to notice immediately the private beach with beach chairs and the long extended covered dock that's great for fishing or sitting on in the morning watching the sunrise. One of the best and most amazing times being on this property is early in the morning you definitely don't want to miss that! You also notice the canoes and kayaks fish food station fishing poles for use in the fire pit area located next to the water. As you walk up the deck leading from the private beach you will notice on the left through the Lush landscape the outdoor Cabana kitchen amenities. Another amazing feature about this property is the attached screen porch area on the back side of the house that has the mini golf large Connect Four game outdoor seating area to see 12 to 16 people comfortably. This is where you will find the swim spa pool. This amazing pool has water features such as a running waterfall into the water. It has a separate massaging feature that turns it into a Jacuzzi with foot massagers and back massagers. or you can utilize the swim spa feature that allows you to swim against the water for extreme exercise. On the side of the house you will also notice there are much more fruit vegetable plants, outdoor shower areas add more places to relax and unwind in your Florida Paradise!

LIVING ROOM
You will notice this amazing house as you walk in the front door. You'll first observe some of the amazing décor and custom artwork throughout entering the living room. The coffee bar is located there fully stocked for your use as well as the high top dining area that seats 8 attached buffet style to the kitchen. As you sit on the full-size wrap-around couch, be careful that you don't fall into it into a little nap as it has a tendency to swallow you into comfort. . There's also a wood burning fireplace attached. As you choose your choice of seating in the living room you can't help but to notice looking out the huge oversized windows and sliding glass doors the overview of the beautiful Lake As you look out the window you will notice the platano tree that always maintains a bundle of bananas growing that are ripe ready to be picked.
THE FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN
Our kitchen has all the amazing utensils and cookware to satisfy a party of 20 you will notice that we have glasses wine glasses cups plates silverware cooking utensils pots and pans Tupperware kids plates party trays and serving bowls and you will also appreciate our designated section that is our gift take and share pantry we encourage you to leave anything behind for the next guest as I'm sure the previous guest has left something behind for you.
AIR CONDITIONING UNITS consist of 2 separate temperature controlling terminals to adjust to the temperature of your comfort.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
We have eight different sleeping arrangements. On the north side of the house you will notice there are three bedrooms segregated. bedroom one the black and white room has a queen size unique right round bed the 40-inch smart TV second room the white room you notice a queen size bed 40 inch Smart TV and great views out the window. bedroom 3 the yellow room is another great room as well with a queen size bed and a pull out twin size bed underneath. All three of these bedrooms are connected to the one bathroom and have double sinks, a bathtub and shower fully stocked with Q-tips hand soap tissues toilet paper hand towels bath towels blow dryers.
As you walk to the south end of the house you will notice another large bathroom that is also considered the pool bath as it has an attached door that goes directly to the pool Spa with a large shower double sided with two shower heads large enough to fit two people showering comfortably.
On the right side across you will notice the laundry room that has a washer and dryer laundry soap fabric softener and dryer sheets for your convenience. We also stock the vacuum, the ironing board, the iron, the Broom, the dustpan and the spin mop for your use. Next you will notice the large master bedroom with huge 65 inch TV with 3 door sliding glass doors overviewing the lake and the Pool Spa with a king size bed attached is the master oversized bathroom that has a large walk-in closet separate toilet room double sinks double-headed shower and huge Jacuzzi bathtub bedroom 5 has to 40 inch TVs setup for gaming and a queen size bed with French doors that allows it to open an attached to the master bedroom or be secluded for itself as you walk down
The hallway and enter into our converted garage you will notice this is an extremely large room that we have converted into living space that we are adding two queen-size beds and two twin size beds that slide underneath it similar to the bonus room As you walk up stairs you will notice the rock climbing wall.
Upstairs in the bonus room you will notice the pool table, 65 inch Smart TV poker table popcorn machine and more sleeping room. There are two queen-size beds and two twin size beds that pull out underneath the bed. We also have additional air mattresses in the laundry room that can be utilized in any of the spaces as well.
PARKING ACCOMMODATIONS
In the front yard area there is parking for 4 in the driveway. We have another area in the front that can hold 2 additional cars. We don't recommend it because we have done it from time to time and park in the front grass area and we can fit 6 more cars if you are having a gathering and have notified us of your intentions to use the property.
OUR NEIGHBORS AND NEIGHBORHOOD
Since we are located off the beaten path on a private exclusive fenced and gated property neighbors are not much of a problem. There is a neighbor on each side of the property but we never have any issues nor should you have any issues as long as you keep the noise to a minimum but one thing is for sure you can't see any neighbors on this property unless you're looking for them
