Positive: The cabin was quiet, had a nice view of the lake, had a good, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Having kayaks to use was wonderful. We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well. There were lots of towels, for showers as well as beach use. Great water temperature and pressure. There was very nice outdoor seating, both up and down stairs.
Negative: The owner is fighting a losing battle with spider webs....as would be expected at a lake front home. There wasn't really a dedicated living room to sit and visit or read. We sat at the dining room table most of the time. There are two chairs and day beds downstairs, but we were much more comfortable upstairs.
Summary: Perfect get away to just read, eat, and unwind.
