- We are happy to host a maximum of 8 overnight guests, including infants, and no more than 3 additional day-time visitors.
- No parties or events are allowed. Small intimate gatherings and celebrations are welcome, as long as they are contained within the house or backyard, and do not interfere with the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. No Amplified music.
- A Maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed. 2 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway. NO RVs, trailers, or boats. Parking on street is not allowed.
- Standard Checkout time is 10AM.

- When you book, we will acknowledge your reservation promptly. Then you can relax and plan your other details. If you start with an inquiry, we usually respond within an hour.
- You should receive automated instructions from VRBO about a week before, however we also contact you 1-2 days in advance thru the VRBO Application with the address, and contact free check-in information (we use a digital key code.). We are also now including where to find easy groceries to get you started.
- Upon check-in, we will reach out to you to ensure everything is as expected. Then we won't disturb you again - however we are always just a phone call or text away.
Also, we have eased our refund policy - allowing for a full refund if cancelled up to 30 days before check-in. With the uncertainty of modern day traveling, we want to do our part to help offset any scheduling concerns.

This single story home is an easy 12-15 minutes from DFW airport or Love Field (about $30 each way on Uber). Centrally located in the Mid-Cities area of Grand Prairie, and just 20-25 minutes from nearly everything DFW has to offer. Your stay will be in a quiet, mature neighborhood.
All four bedrooms have queen-sized beds, with high-quality sheets, blankets, and pillows. Nightstands and closets to hold your personal items. The home has air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans in every room.
All 4 bedrooms have attached bathrooms.
* The Master bedroom has 2 closets (one is huge), and a bath with an elegant walk-in shower.
* 2 Bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill Bathroom, with a double vanity and tub/shower.
* The third bathroom is near the kitchen/living room, with door access to the 4th bedroom.
- We provide toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and high quality towels and washcloths.
In the family room you can binge watch all your favorite streamed shows on the 55” Smart TV.
- We do not have cable or satellite.
But of course, the kitchen and adjoining dining space is likely where the fun happens. Card, games, drinks, and great food all come together from the fully outfitted kitchen. Coming in late? Don’t worry, we get you started with some Coffee, creamers, sweeteners, giving you time to get to the store the next morning. We provide a traditional coffee pot. Gas stove for the culinary aficionados, stainless fridge for plenty of supplies, and microwave for instant edibles. Quality plates, bowls, glasses and coffee cups, silverware, as well as a set of fine China for special occasions.
The backyard provides the space for some really fun family time. Completely fenced and secure backyard, with lots of hardscaping making it convenient to gather and socialize. A screened room, patio tables for outdoor dining, and an awesome fenced play pool for your swim season (pool isn’t heated). Please help us be kind neighbors by keeping backyard noise at respectful levels.
Barbecue grill in the backyard and two-car garage to keep your coach safe (with 50amp Tesla plug - bring your charging cord and get 22-28 mph charge speed)
