Pool Access:Tenant has to go by Front office and present ID for name card for pool, 2 people allowed at the pool but have to be with tenant.
Laundry:There is a small washer and dryer in the closet but the building also offers full size washer and dryer which takes quarters.
NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
We allow well-behaved cats and dogs. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will range from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
A high chair and pack & play can be provided, but a fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
