Entrance to the hallway via the side of the property. The living room is on the right hand-side with large sofas and a flatscreen TV for all the family to join movie night! The open-plan kitchen and dining room on the left hand-side with double doors opening out onto the generously-sized garden with outside seating and a charcoal barbecue - perfect for al-fresco dining! Downstairs cloakroom with sink and toilet. Stairs to the first floor with the master bedroom on the right hand-side with a 4ft 6in double bed, large cupboards and ens-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Twin bedroom with 2x 3ft single beds. Fourth bedroom with 3ft single bed. Family bathroom with shower over the bath and sink. Separate cloakroom with toilet.
Parking - Parking for up to three cars on the driveway to the side of the house.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - Four televisions - in the dining room, lounge, master bedroom and third bedroom with free sat. Xbox 360 in the living room with some DVDs provided. WIFI.
Kitchen - Electric oven, feature 5 ring gas hob and extractor-hood, undercounter fridge, fridge/freezer in the out house, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. Washing machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. One dog permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
