Great for your boat, trailer, kids, you will love the outdoor space. PETS are welcome with approval, and pet fee $100, extra pet $50. Queen bed and sleeper sofa. Full kitchen incl. fridge, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, glassware, everything you need for your stay away from home, except dishwasher and no icemaker. Bathroom has a tub, shower, towels, hair dryer, small water heater unit so save your water. 2 A/C split units that work like magic. Outside shed has your toys, wagon to get to the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, skim board, 2 bikes, cooler, surfboard, little pool... Charcoal GRILL.
