Welcome to LITTLE DREAM! This up and coming part of town is filled with "locals only" restaurants, fun bars, pubs and cute little shops to explore. This cozy cottage is situated behind it's Big Sister Chasing the Dream, but all living space is completely separate. Little Dream has it's own private mostly fenced backyard with outdoor lighting, a fire pit to relax by and designated parking. You'll have everything that you need whether you are traveling with your family, a small group, or by yourself for work or solo exploring.
BEAUTIFICATION OF TAMPA: The city of Tampa and local home buyers are working hard on the gentrification and preservation of the historical Tampa streets and homes. You may see a mix of residences nearby this home, we thank you for your consideration of the process as Tampa continues to make the city, and its neighborhoods more beautiful.

You are just a quick 8 min ride down to Ybor City (4 mi) and Downtown Tampa (4 mi). With so much to do and see from museums, to the Florida Aquarium (4 mi), to the Straz Center for the Performing Arts (4 mi) to Amalie Arena (4.5 mi) you'll barely have time to see it all. And don't forget the Hard Rock Casino (4.5 mi), Busch Gardens (4.5 mi), Adventure Island (4.5 mi) and The Lowry Park Zoo (3 mi), all within 15 minutes of this home. If the beach is what you are looking for, Clearwater's world class beach is only 45 minutes away.
Head up to m.bird the rooftop bar at Armature Works, have a seat by the Hillsborough River and order an 'Out of Towner' for the true Tampa experience! Enjoy world class beaches and take in the Florida sun the whole day! Looking to get out a bit? Take a walk along Tampa's Riverwalk and stop for lunch or dinner at Ulele and play a game of cornhole out on the lawn with your friends, or grab a U-Boat down by the convention center and cruise the river from the water!

- For stays over 7 days there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 per week to compensate for deep cleaning prior to next guest. This will NOT be reflected in your reservation but will be added once reservation is accepted.

PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.
ALL registered guests shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause guest to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
Pets are NOT permitted.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $500 charge.

✦✦Depending on the booking site, Cleaning fee may include a Limited Damage Waiver fee which covers damages reported to the host in writing BEFORE checkout. This fee is included with the cleaning fee. Specifics of coverage will be laid out in the rental agreement sent once reservation is confirmed.
