Summary: This was a truly wonderful location, so the owner wasn't kidding when that language was used in the unit's description. The condo, which is spacious, clean, and welcoming, was perfect for us. It is located right at the end of the quaint commercial area of Ocean Dr., Orchid Island. The location was great as it was within easy walking distance to the many excellent restaurants, upscale shops, and misc. businesses situated along Ocean Dr. Plus, the entrance to the lovely beaches is literally across the street. When we needed to reach out to the owner with a question, the owner was immediately responsive, and provided solutions that went above and beyond. We hope to have the opportunity to come back next year, and have no hesitation in highly recommending this location. 5 stars!
