Summary: The host was very welcoming and so was the home. She sent a welcoming text with instructions about access on my day of arrival. The location was perfect for my group. It was 30 minutes from TPA and 30 minutes from our reunion location in Zephryhills. The home was very bright, clean and spacious inside and outside. Having access to a washer and dryer was a bonus. Beds were comfortable and the decor was esthetically pleasing. We were in town for a family reunion and needed a spacious kitchen to cook a few dishes for the reunion and a space for multiple families to sleep. This space allowed us to do both. Instead of meeting in a small hotel room to catch up on the past, we were able to enjoy one another's company in a family setting while also prepping dishes for the reunion. We had a problem with the wi-fi and Nehad contacted spectrum promptly and it was repaired in under 15 minutes. Highly recommended for a vacay spot. It was like a home away from home with a concierge just a phone call away.
