7-Night Stay Required (Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat, Sun-Sun Check-In/Check-Out ONLY).
We have back-to-back weeks available in increments of 7-Nights, however, 1-Night/2-Night/3-Night or 4-Night additions to our 7-Night contract may not be available during High-Season OR may require a Villa change since most of our contracts require a minimum 5-Night stay or 6-Night and 7-Night stay during Holiday/Spring Season.
Our deeds/contracts usually only allow us to rent out our units from Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday, OR Sunday-Sunday. It's very rare if we can do mid-week check-in/out since it would be overlapping multiple deeded weeks.
We can do have back-to-back weeks available where you are able to rent from (for example) a Monday to the following Saturday, but each deeded 7-Night contract we own has to have a stay at least 5-Nights or 6-Nights during holiday season.
When guests book multiple units with us, we are able to request for them to be near each other. Typically when Rooms Control gets the request early enough and/or sees family names part of the same party they do automatically take this into consideration when allocating the villas for our guests.
