Welcome to Lamph Camp, a private year-round luxury mountain retreat. This cabin was designed, built and completed in 2020 as the perfect place to entertain large groups seeking solitude, as well as a five-star experience during a Yellowstone or Island Park vacation. The secluded cabin can be found up a long private drive way, tucked in a picturesque evergreen vision that backs to prime private and forest service acreage. This gorgeous 5,600 square foot cabin is limited to 10 guests per rental CCRs, however, the spacious design allows for flexibility in sleeping arrangements for all 10. The sublime master bedroom is furnished with a king bed including stunning views of the surrounding forest out the towering framed windows. This room also has an epic master bathroom equip with a soaker tub and roomy enclosed glass shower. The cabin also has four pleasant private bedrooms furnished with plush queen beds for a deep sleep. All four of these tasteful rooms have their own sizable bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure. Choose one of the four comfortable queen beds in the bunk room, customized during construction to ensure there is ample space for a goodnights slumber. There is another large bathroom downstairs, just down the hall from the bunk room, with a large walk-in, glass enclosed shower.
We understand a full day of adventure can be both rewarding and exhausting. Returning to Lamph Camp is something you can look forward to! Park your toys in the expansive garage or the spacious driveway that has plenty of room for multiple vehicles and easy trailer parking. Hang the gear out to dry in the mud room after a full day in the rain or snow. Settle in for a delicious home cooked meal made easy in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a double door refrigerator/ freezer, double ovens, and a butler’s pantry. Fire up the cabin’s very own custom designed outdoor grill and throw on some tasty classic burgers. Gather around the dining room table, bar top, or take the meal outside and converse with family and friends around the gas fire pit and ample outdoor seating. There is plenty of space to spread out in the yard and play a festive game on the freshly cut lawn. Indulge in an early morning or evening soak in the covered hot tub, customized with a granite bar top and seating. A great place for beverages, personal items or spectators that chose to stay dry. The cabin is wired with a high class indoor and outdoor sound system, giving you the ability to add some background noise to your mountain gathering. Stuck in a blizzard or thunderstorm? Cozy up with a cup of joe in the spacious main living area around a warmly lit fireplace surrounded by photo worthy views out the several vast windows. Find some solitude and curl up with a blanket on the large sectional downstairs and watch your favorite film, or, turn the excitement up a notch in the private customized high-end 120" screen home theater, furnished with personal reclining chairs and exquisite surround sound. Don’t worry about the theater noise, the walls are sound proof insulated as not to disturb the outside world. There is more to do than movies, grab a pool stick or a ping pong paddle and play away at the table downstairs. Pop some popcorn, make a snack plate or grab a drink in the cabin’s smaller kitchenette down stairs that includes a large fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Rain or shine, we’ve got you covered.
Let’s talk location. The cabin is a mere 20 miles from the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park and near local amenities such as the local grocery store, delicious restaurants, and equipment rental shops. If Yellowstone isn’t the only thing on your adventurous itinerary, the location of this cabin is prime for accessing the many incredible attractions and recreational opportunities that Island Park has tucked around each curve. Just a short jaunt from the driveway, are gateways to miles upon miles of exuberant ATV, snowmobile, hiking, & biking trails that wind along the splendid scenic awes of the area. No need to load equipment up, just a take-off right from the front door! Kayak or launch the boat from the private community boat launch just down the road. The Henrys Fork Outlet is sheltered from the harsh wind making it the perfect swimming or kayaking destination. Fish much? Grab your pole or fly rod and simply walk to the Henrys Lake Outlet, home to record breaking trout catches. Henrys Lake State Park is just a few miles down Highway 20, another incredible fishing spot and a mecca for spotting wildlife including moose, waterfowl and the occasional bear before the snow flies. Lamph Camp truly is in a prime location, one that will provide you with memories for years to come.
