This spectacular waterfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental has everything you’ll need for your next vacation, including your own private patio and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and watching the incredible sunsets here, in Charlotte Harbor.
This gorgeous, modern home features an open concept kitchen and living area which is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals while still enjoying time with family and friends.
The beautifully updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 4, while the kitchen island seats an additional 4 (theres also seating available for poolside dining).
The en suite bedroom features a king bed with the bathroom showcasing a walk-in shower and lots of closet space. The king bedroom also offers patio access for your convenience. In addition to this, there are 2 queen bedrooms, sleeping a total of 6 comfortably.
Relax outside lying on one of the many lounge chairs by your very own pool while enjoying the sun! There is a large, screened-in lanai, comfortable seating, and a dining area as well.
The home also includes a boat dock with additional seating and fish cleaning station, great for preparing your catch of the day!
Please do not fish off the dock at night.
Pool heat is an additional PLUS TAX. This is a west-facing/salt water pool.
