Summary: From booking to departure the entire transaction was seamless. The unit is as pictured and well appointed. The instructions in the "house rules" were concise and easy to follow. My only fault with the process was I would prefer to have received the access code on the morning of my arrival as opposed to at check in time. Not that I would access the unit prior to the 3:00pm check in, my concern was if there was a problem there wouldn't be enough "daylight hours: to resolve the issue. Even with that said, I would stay here again.
