Summary: I think this property is pretty gorgeous. The apartment is very comfortable and it was pretty clean as well (huge dust bunnies under the beds but other than that- very nice.) I had one major qualm, which is that while we stayed there with our massive family (the unit has a max occupancy of 12, we were 7) you can only occupy two chairs at the beach. They give one towel card per unit. And it doesn’t matter if your unit is a studio apartment or a 4 bedroom unit. This made no sense to me- and there was no wiggle room at all. Another thing is, the description outlines there’s a steam / sauna somewhere but I emailed to ask where it was and got no reply. I never came across one- maybe it exists? There was also no working coffee machine in the unit. They have a nespresso, so you can bring your own pods but they don’t provide anything for that. I had specifically emailed ahead of time asking about coffee but the management said they were unable to provide any information on that. Obviously that’s not a huge deal- I ordered nespresso pods from the grocery store. But it would have been nice for there to be a few provided. Several broken kitchen items and no oven mitts or dish rags to be found. I think, probably over time the unit gets turned over and over and nobody’s ever sort of checking back to see if everything’s alright. It’s a beautiful place and couldn’t be a better location. I would return. Just think these things are good to know for prospective renters.
