This magnificent residence features 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and two half baths in the living area and rooftop. A private, residential elevator services all 4 floors, including the rooftop terrace. Enjoy the second-floor private balcony with a pool and outdoor seating. Offering the finest finishes, the residence includes wire brushed white oak flooring, Venetian Plaster, Taj Mahal Quartzite countertops, Carrara Marble, and two master bathrooms. Dual living spaces on the second floor offer comfortable seating for all, connected by the expansive kitchen which is perfect for entertaining along with the wet bar. Prepare a meal using the Subzero and Wolf appliances and dine indoors or use the grill on the second-floor pool deck and dine al fresco.
Immediately on the third floor is a bunk room with two built-in bunks, sleeping four children. This bunkroom is connected by a balcony to the guest bedroom which features a King bed with plush linens, workspace, and a private bathroom. The laundry room and bathroom servicing the bunks lead to the owner suite. Within the massive bedroom are a king bed, workspace with a desk, a private balcony with seating for two overlooking North Barrett Square, and dual bathrooms.
On the fourth floor, a seating area perfect for movie night sits just outside the second bunk room. Two built-in bunks and a full bed sleep up to 6 children. Three additional king bedrooms complete this level, all with en suite baths. A sturdy spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace and additional half bath. Under the covered portion of the terrace is a wet bar and outdoor sectional. On either end of the terrace are seating areas perfect for enjoying the Gulf views and sunrise or sunset over the rooftops of the neighboring homes.
The private elevator services all levels and leads down to the ground floor. The entrance to the residence is beside the designated covered parking space.
This property requires a 7-night stay year-round. During Spring Break and Summer, the property requires stays from Saturday to Saturday.
