• No parties or any type of events.
• In case you want to have someone else invited in the property we have to be informed in advance in order to give permission.

• Kids must never be left unattended anywhere that could put them in danger.
• Never share the codes with anyone else besides the current guests of the suite.
• When you leave the apartment, you have tomake sure that every door or window is completely closed. This has to be done for security reasons. If you leave any of the above open you will be responsible for anything that may occur.
• During the night you are strongly advised to close the balcony doors of the apartment and the rolls wherever they are available. This has to be done for security reasons. Athens generally is a safe city but we have to be careful.
• Do not throw paper or anything else in the toilet. Additional basket bags are left in the apartment in order to change them as frequently as you like.
• The quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:00.
• In case of an emergency you evacuate the building from the main door of the apartment.
• It is forbidden to leave the card into the reader when you are not at home. this is mostly for safety reasons as well as environmental purposes. In case you leave it into the reader you will beresponsible for anything that may occur.
• Leave the tent of the main balcony open always when you leave the apartment.
• Running water shall not be used in the back balcony. In case you want to clean it use the broom and the mop.
