Large spacious kitchen with everything you need including ALL NEW RENNOVATED KITCHEN with brand new cabinets, appliances, countertops, plus a beautiful island. It's an open space so you can see the living area from the kitchen and also has a connected dining area where everyone can eat together. This home has fresh new paint and sits on over 5 acres so you have plenty of privacy right on the water. Nice living room with TV, Satellite Cable, Internet and WIFI. This home has multiple entrances from each side of the house to be able to see the secluded outdoors with wonderful fruit trees and palms throughout overlooking the beautiful Intercoastal Waters. It has a spacious outdoor screened in porch with seating and a foosball table perfect for the whole family. Master bedroom has a queen bed and brand new bath with a large walk in waterfall shower. This water view bedroom has a door exiting directly out to the water where you can enjoy the spectacular views. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third has two Twin bed. The second Bath has tub/shower combo perfect for a family. This home is nestled away on a private driveway with plenty of parking. It has a floating dock perfect for tying up a boat in the water, and the nearest boat ramp is just on the other side of the bridge. It also has a separate deck on the water as well. You can bring kayaks of SUPs (standup paddle boards). Great for fishing and exploring, manatee have even been seen right here in the water. The beach is only about 5 miles down the road so still perfect for your beach getaway too.
